We wear protection equipment including disposable masks and gloves while we are onsite to prevent the spread of COVID19 and clean ourselves and our equipment afterwards. We carefully adhere to all current quarantine advice and restrictions.

You should get the thorough Deluxe Clean at least every 12 months to prevent the growth and spread of mould.  Air conditioning systems are excellent environments for mould to grow, so with a Deluxe Clean we take it apart to get into the hidden areas and clean out the mould and gunk.

Exposure to excess mould spores will affect your health over time, so it's important to keep on top of it. High usage systems (every day) should be cleaned every 6 months with a Deluxe Clean.  We inspect the systems first and inform you, so you can decide what level of cleaning is needed.

No, our business is dedicated to cleaning these systems. Most installers and repairers aren't concerned with cleaning - we have invested in the specialist equipment necessary for properly cleaning head units, exterior units, all in one units and ducted systems.

A standard clean takes under an hour, while a deluxe clean usually takes between 1 to 1.5 hours.  If your system takes longer we won't charge extra.  We want to ensure our Deluxe Clean customers are satisfied that their system is as clean as it can get - that's our pride and work ethic.
